VISION Vision's base is a Racer X from the Speed Racer line. The head is modified Jack Tenrec from Cads & Dinos. His boots are sculpted from Milliput and the cape I believe came from a ToyBiz Backlash...Whiplash...Lash LaRue..hell, I don't know, it just had the perfect collar for Vision.
