SHINING KNIGHT The key to how the Shining Knight turned out was all in the base figure, a JLU Hawk figure. I had a Superman all chopped up and ready to go until Hawk came around. Underneath his 'painted' mask is an unmarred face which was perfect for Shining Knight, I didn't do a thing to it except paint. His skull cap is sculpted as is his tunic and wristbands. The skirt part of the tunic is made from the bottom half of a Superman cape. The belt is styrene. The sword and scabbard came from my 'weapons' parts box so I really don't know where they came from but they worked with slight modification. His chainmail is created from a fine point sharpie pen. Now where's that Holy Grail?
