MADMAN Madman's base is a Legends of the Batman Riddler and an Xmen Meanstreak head that has been modified a little bit. The rest is all paint. I did him 'cause I just wanted a Madman figure on my shelf ... he's cool. I made this wayyy before the Graphitti Designs one came out. .
