HOURMAN GOLDEN AGE Tick-Tock-Tyler's base is a NBTAS Detective Batman with modifications made to the head with Milliput. The hourglass and belt buckle were made from scratch with Magic Sculp. The cape and mask design are based on the artwork of the late Mike Parobeck from the early '90's JSA series as is the belt buckle.
