THE FLASH WALLY WEST Wally West's base is a combination of a BTAS Ra's Al Ghoul and a Pocahontas character (a brave) with Milliput to fill the rest in. The trick here was to create a figure that was'nt big & bulky. The head is the Ra's with a LOT of modification.  The ear wings are cut plastic & the boots are Milliput modified. I chose to use a dark red glossy paint because Wally's costume seems was shiny and dark before he changed to his current costume, I also used gold instead of yellow because I'm sure that is what the comic is trying to show I also think it looks cooler.
