DR DESTINY From one of the creeper episodes of Justice League 'Only A Dream' Dr. Destiny was pretty scary looking for a cartoon. The base is a JL Martian Manhunter along with the cape. His head comes from a ToyBiz Red Skull. The key to making this custom work would be the paintwork I was going to have to do on the skull, the sharp features and those yellow and red eyes. His hood comes from a ToyBiz Swarm. His gauntlets are sculpted and the belt buckle came from my spare parts box.
