BLUE FALCON Dyno-Mutt's pal 's base is BTAS Batman with a Jack Tenrec head (from Cadillacs and Dinosaurs) Magic Sculp and Milliput were used to modify the head, wrists and the bird feet. Spare plastic makes the cartridges on his belt. The cape comes from a NBTAS Detective Batman with modifications. This was a specially commissioned custom for the Cartoon Network's website that became part of their 'Interaction Figures' section where you could make the figure spin and move in 3-D.
