BIRDMAN Birdman's base is a BTAS Dick Grayson with lots of modification to the head. His mask/helmet are sculpted from Milliput as is his collar. The wings are from a Super Powers Hawkman. This custom was commissioned by the Cartoon Network Online's 'Interaction Figures'.
